From natural fibres through synthetic fibres to high-tech fibres, we develop and manufacture high-quality technical fibre fillers, fibrids & pulp and short cut fibres, tailored to customers’ requirements. Our products are present in a variety of applications, ranging from the automotive and construction industries to renewable energies and paper, through to plastics and cosmetic products. STW Kautzmann GmbH is the leading manufacturer of short fibers. Our more than 100 years of experience and broad product portfolio ensure that we provide our customers with optimal solutions. Through our distribution network, the fibers produced exclusively in Germany are used worldwide. Your tasks

  • You enjoy acquiring new customers, both through cold calling and other methods
  • You maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • You take full budget responsibility for your assigned markets and ensure financial accountability
  • You stay up to date on market developments, report on new insights, and track your KPIs
  • You fulfill reporting duties in the CRM system and communicate key changes to your superiors
  • You manage assigned regional representatives, particularly in terms of performance, ongoing projects, and strengthening communication
  • You provide customers with comprehensive technical and commercial consulting while maintaining strong relationships
  • You support customer development from a sales perspective
  • You represent STW at trade fairs and events

Your profile

  • A technical qualification or a degree in a technical field
  • Independent and results-oriented work ethic
  • Significant sales experience in an international environment
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in initial customer interactions
  • Passion for sales and consulting activities
  • Confident demeanor, ability to engage with key industry figures, strong communication skills, and negotiation expertise
  • High level of commitment and ambition
  • Strong understanding of technical challenges
  • Customer-oriented thinking and willingness to travel
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
