MARKETING MANAGER (M/W/D)

Your tasks

  • You will independently design and implement advertising campaigns to attract qualified employees
  • You are responsible for managing and coordinating external marketing agencies to achieve our marketing goals
  • You create and implement marketing strategies for our various divisions and subsidiaries
  • You plan and manage the marketing budget
  • You develop appealing content for various channels, including social media, our website and print media
  • You create smaller flyers, brochures and other marketing materials independently
  • You manage the websites of STW and its subsidiaries
  • You are familiar with Google Ads campaigns and can derive measures
  • You take over the organization of events and trade fair planning from A-Z

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Preferably experience with Adobe Indesign and Illustrator
  • Preferably experience with Google Ads
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a growth-oriented environment
  • Creativity and a keen sense for current trends and target groups
  • Experience in working with agencies and in project management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a systematic way of working
  • Team player and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
